If you purchased the 1988-2009 Searchable Collection CD-ROM, you can now download a free update, which contains Medical Letter articles from January through June 2010. Please note, the Collection must be installed on your computer in order for the download update to be successful. The free update can be downloaded by clicking on one of the links below.
