I've tried to download the PDF file but nothing shows up on my screen.
Try clicking on "reload" or "refresh" in your browser. There seems to be a bug with Netscape browsers and PDF files in protected directories. Hitting "reload" should bring up your image.

Or, have you installed Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 or higher? This software is required to read the PDF files. It is free to download and can be quickly installed on your computer (install it by double-clicking on the icon saved on your computer during the download). If you are trying to use Adobe Acrobat 2.0, it will not work--it is obsolete. Please upgrade to a newer version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

I'm having trouble printing the PDF file.
	Try printing one page at a time.
	Try printing to a newer printer if possible.
	Try saving the file to disk before printing it. You'll need to reconfigure your browser to "Save" instead of "Launch Application" for the file type "application/pdf." This can be done in the application options.

I'm having trouble viewing the PDF file.
This problem is frequently caused by the Adobe Reader not being configured to open within your Browser. To remedy this problem, RIGHT click on the download link and choose "Save target as...". Locate the file that you have saved on your computer, double click it and if your Adobe Reader is installed properly, the file should open up without problems. If the file does not open, please download a new version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

I'm getting a Postscript error on my Macintosh.
This problem is frequently caused by a lack of communicating the postscript commands between computer and printer. Postscript communication on the Macintosh is handled by the Control Panel call ~ATM (Adobe Type Manager). Check to see if you have installed ~ATM by going to the System Folder/Control Panels folder and looking for ~ATM. If it is not present or you are using a version before v4.0, you will need to install it. You can get the latest version of ~ATM from the Adobe Acrobat site. When you downloaded Acrobat, ~ATM came along in a folder called Fonts and is located in the Acrobat folder. Drag the ~ATM icon onto your System Folder to install it.

It is printing, but some lines on each page are getting cut off.
Check the default paper size for your print command. Under Windows, pull down the File menu, click on Print, click on Setup, click on Properties. Make sure the paper size is set to "US Letter." Also, select "Shrink to fit" in the Print File/Page Setup. After making these changes you should be able to print full pages.

There is incorrect spacing of letters within words and between words in the print out.
In the print window, select the box "Print as Image."

I'm still having problems.
