Why
doesn't my user name and password work? It used to work and now
it doesn't.
The server strictly observes exactness in upper and lower case input.
Your user name must be in all lower case. Please go back and try
again making sure that your user name is in all lower case. Keep
your password as you requested it. If that doesn't solve your problem
than perhaps you have forgotten your user
name or password. Or, did your subscription to the postal edition
expire? If so, your online privileges will be removed. If you continue to have problems, please email webmaster1@medicalletter.org.
I
forgot my password/user name. What do I need to do?
 |
If
you forgot your password or user name:
Use our online password lookup tool.
Your user name and password will be e-mailed to you. |
 |
Does
your password not work? Your password and user name
is case sensitive. Enter with the exact match of upper and lower-case
and spaces as you did when you first subscribe. For example,
